Car was brought in for a light replacement and semi-annual inspection. There was brake work done and a four wheel alignment. Had a pleasant shuttle driver and received a complimentary car wash.

Truly everyone at Leggat was helpful and courteous. It was when I was picking up my car that when I went to the customer service I was told it was still being washed and they would bring me the keys. It ended up being a small mix up as it was already done and the keys were hanging on the board. It was a short delay about 15 minutes. The problem came in when I did get my keys to pick up my car from customer service parking space #1 that someone coming to see someone in the showroom/building area that they parked their car for their convenience directly across mine so I could not pull out. I went back to the service desk and they called for one of the service guys to look up the license plate and vin # to find the owner. In the end I had to wait about 35 minutes until the woman came out to move it. I respectfully mentioned when she made no apologies that it was unfair that for her own personal convenience, she inconvenienced me well over a half hour. So yes frustrating, the inconsideration the woman showed was not that of Leggat's. Perhaps better signage as to where cars can be parked is needed or a more designated parking area. kindest regards - Judy France

For many years and many vehicles we have been working with John Royston. He has always treated us with respect and professionalism. John has always been honest with us about the work we need done and should have done on our cars. We know that when our vehicles are in for service, we will get them back clean and running perfect.

Crawford always greets me in a welcoming manner - even when he is ' over-the-top' busy; he determines why I need help/support and he moves into 'problem solving ' mode. I am kept 'in-the-loop' at all times; I truly appreciate his candor.

This particular visit was just for an alignment. Previous experiences with Crawford over the past couple of years have been outstanding. Although not the cheapest place to get an alignment done, the service is excellent and you get what you pay for. I will continue to visit Leggat for the value added service.

I had a positive service experience with my 2006 Cadillac DTS. There were a number of repairs required and involved parts that needed to be sourced. Some parts were shipped to Montreal by mistake and this created a delay in completing the required repairs. However, Crawford clearly and thoroughly explained the issues and his explanations were credible and reasonable...even though there was a 3 day service delay. The only issue I have from this overall service experience is that an administrative error was made on the "Safety Certification " report which led to the document being rejected at the Ministry office when I tried to sell and change ownership of the vehicle upon taking the car from the dealership. So after waiting some 45 minutes in line at the Ministry office to do the ownership change.. I was told to go back to the dealership and get a new document which did not have any crossed out and changed "numbers"... which I did. The Ministry employee simply said Leggat's know the numbers can't be changed...so why did they give you this document? It has now been corrected and I am "happy".

I went in for an oil change and was greeted promptly, I told Crawford that I was there for an oil change he looked up to see if there were any recalls on my vehicle which there were none and then I told him that I was going to stay there to eat and he provided me with a complimentary breakfast which I was very appreciative of. I was also asked if I wanted a car wash which I accepted and thought that was a very nice service. I was there for a total of 30 minutes that flew by as I was enjoying my delicious breakfast. I have always had a great experience every time I go to Leggat everyone is always very professional and friendly and informative. I would recommend Crawford or any service advisor to everyone I know as the job is always done right and efficiently
