Everyone was very polite and ensured I was looked after. It is a pain in the butt to have to have a recall fixed but everyone was great!!

I came at the time scheduled for the service on my Cadillac. I was told how much time it would take, and Greig provided the right estimate of time when it would be done. I was able to eat a lunch upstairs, as I waited. The car was washed as well. I was pleased with the service and didn't need to worry about a thing.

I dropped off a company car in need of some maintenance as it had been parked for many months. I was prepared to leave it as long as required as I didn't have an appointment, was not in a rush and was aware it was a Friday. John was very professional and made no promises. To my pleasure the car was inspected same day and repairs were approved. By Saturday afternoon I got a call from the dealership telling me the car was all ready to go. All I can say is thank you for the great service!

I am pleased to have had Betty representing not only Leggat Motors and General Motors but most importantly herself as she presented the opportunity for me to purchase my new car and make sure that I was totally comfortable with the agreement but also the details of the various benefits of the vehicle from "stem to stern". Had a check engine light come on Thursday morning. Called John and knowing this was a second car suggested I bring it in when I could that day so he could get it into the queue for the computer test needed. I brought it in just after lunch and he took a quick look for any obvious problems (loose gas cap, wires off of the air filter) He knew from our conversation that he could keep it overnight so it could get done first thing on Friday. I chased a little white ball around the grass for the morning while he got the repair done. Problem was with a vent on the gas tank and it was done by the time I had finished golf. Always a great experience when you know who you are dealing with and they know you. Thanks again John.

I brought my car in this week because the a/c was no longer working. John explained to me in full detail what was done during diagnosis and how it was dealt with. I am a senior on a fixed income, but I still like to bring my car to John and Leggat's because I trust that they will do the best repair and keep my car operating safely.
