Sales - on road all day

No appointment - 12:30 pm drove in to fast lube bay car was started within 5 minutes oil changed and car washed and on my way in 50 minutes excellent service

Was just in for a scheduled service appointment and tire change, and to check spedometer that was not functioning - to find out that the new console ordered also did not work - ended up being more problematic than originally thought. Between getting diagnosed, ording parts etc it took almost two weeks to fix. John was clear about what needed to be done, what was covered under the warranty, was efficient in finding a rental car , kept me updated on the statius of the parts coming in when asked. Over the past few years, i try to make sure i take my car into John - reliable and considerate.

I made an appointment for 11:00am for an oil change an inspection. My vehicle was not completed until close to 4:00pm, which I feel is an unreasonable amount of time to complete such minor activities. I asked the service associate why I bothered making an appointment for 11:00am, and was told that that was only for my oil-change, not the inspection. As a piece of feedback, this would have been good to know at the time of scheduling.

A simple oil change was all I required. As I arrived at the lube line I was cordially greeted by Crawford. we discussed the work I needed done and completed the necessary paperwork. As I was exiting the service area Crawford offered me a complimentary breakfast which I gratefully accepted. In summary, a very pleasant experience at Leggat!!

I would rate Crawford as one of the best service advisors that I have ever dealt with. He has always been very courteous and helpful to me. When I bring my car in for servicing, he is already prepared for me and answers any questions that I might have for him in a very knowledgeable and understanding way. He has made me feel welcome to bring my car to Leggat for servicing.

I just had my new car in for it's first oil change and Crawford updated my vehicle and fleet card info quickly and the oil change was done in about 20 minutes.
