organized, quick and efficient

I had my very first oil change completed. The apt was already setup for me at the time of purchase but I had to change it and that was accomplished quickly and easily. I was given instructions on how to drop off my car in the morning. I was offered a driver but that was not needed. As soon as the work was completed, I received a text message and was also able to pay through the text which eliminated extra contact. At this time, that was important to me.

Great experience for Service. I brought in my older vehicle to diagnose a strange clunking noise in suspension. They ware able to source the problem and repair it at a reasonable price. Their staff was friendly and efficient. They've adapted to COVID restrictions well and were able to give me confidence that they are taking proper precautions. There were also able to accommodate for last min service changes, when I asked them to change my tires and do an oil change in addition to the suspension repair.

Our vehicle was in for winter prep. The service rep (Kara) kept in touch and related other finds to us so that we could decide whether to move forward with the additional recommended repairs. We did. This vehicle, a 2002 CRV is still in running smoothly.

Made the arrangements with Andrew in advance to purchase a newer Pilot. He selected a pickup date. I went in, signed the paper work and all was ready and on time. Left with a smile!!

Had to go back three times to get car fixed. First said it was my fault did not put on the gas cab. Not the issue. Then said it was fixed was not had to bring in back two days later. They said it was something else but do not have the parts have to come back. Went back finger crossed seem to be fix. Good thing was still under warranty. Just very inconvenient.
