Rick welcomed us into his office and asked many questions as to what we were looking for. Before we knew it we were off test driving the vehicle we thought we might like to buy. I felt no pressure, very relaxed. When we decided it wasn't what we really wanted, he brought up another vehicle for us to test drive. The vehicle didn't have all the options we were looking for so he found us one that did have more options within minutes. Jackpot! This was the one. While in the financial office, the vehicle was given top notch cleanup even though it was very clean already. The financial personal was also amazing! Rick went through all the features of the vehicle and I felt very confident as we left with our new wheels. Thank you SMP!!!

Thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at SMP, I'm now driving a 2009 Equinox ! Right from the assessment and trade in of my 07 Cobalt to the warranty and financing, the details were explained and clear. On delivery of the vehicle, Dan Barrett and his assistants took the time to explain how to use the features and provided contact information for any needs from ONSTAR to the service department.

Jason was really helpful, what the most impressed me was that he took time on his day off to do a test drive with me. Also the all around information I got from him was really good, there was not one question left open. And I must say the rest of the team that had something to do with my visit at SMP did put good effort in to get me quick and with no problems on the way with my new vehicle. Thanks a lot to everybody who was involved in that!!!
