I was able to book through the online form which was nice and convenient! As always, I was greeted with a smile and some friendly conversation while my car was getting the "walk around". Service was completed within the stated time and hospitality was offered. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with a television, coffee machine and outlets. They even took my feedback from last time into consideration - much appreciated.

The service appointment took four hours, even though I had been quoted two to two and a half hours. I appreciate unforseen circumstances, but it was a long time to wait.

I did pay more than $300 and offer me a car wash that was poorly done and not even vacuum the interior. I have seen cars coming out from service from other dealerships and they just spark inside and out.

More than willing to sell you a car but after sales communication is very poor. Actually hung up the phone on my wife. Sorry, have a nice day or anything is better than that insult. If you look over the reviews, Probart is quick to thank for 5 star reviews but I wonder how they handle the lower ratings. Must be all the customer's fault. I hate to think what "after sales service" is like.

I see that things have changed under the new owners. The shop is very busy and that's great! I have tried on multiple occasions to reach the service dept by phone....all you get is voice mail. If somebody does answer the phone its reception on the other side of the building and all she can do is transfer you to the service dept where no one answers the phone....why cause they are way to busy....no more separate cashier. Additionally I hate waiting to pay at the service desk now just to get my car back. I have been a loyal customer for vehicles and service since 2005 but am seriously considering making a change. I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON!

I was very pleased with the support the staff had, finding me a vehicle that would fit my needs. Zarmash showed my sister and I our options and went from there. I dare say, I love my car ; even if it is to build my credit, its nice to be driving on four wheels with out the fear of a tire flying off. They also took my old 2001 Mazda Protege off my hands as a trade in to help pay for the deposit on the newer car. Thank you all so much for your help and dealing with my attitude when I was getting impatient waiting.

My wife and I just purchased a new Mazda 3 Sport from Probart Mazda and we were very happy with the overall experience. Everyone we met on their team went above and beyond to ensure we were treated well, and that we were getting what we needed.
