Jackson's Toyota Barrie. General Sales Manager Tony Casey Ordered Corolla-Cross LE $500 down 14 October 2022. Got an update it would be in by June 10 latest. Im paying cash and this place only wanted to take a wire transfer (red flag 1) so I sold my investments to transfer funds to bank accounts... then Toyota said end of the month. Crickets. Early July I transfer cash back out to repurchase investments. Get a call late Friday July 14 your car is here but we want $3500 more (red flag 2). Filed a complaint with OMVIC but they tell me the vehicle purchase agreement was unenforceable because I ordered a 2022 (on paper) and I was getting a 2023. I'm a veteran and work out of town so drove to legion command to get my vet plates application rushed, sell my investments to get funds back into bank accounts. July 27 they text me because it's month end and they want the car gone by August 2nd. I text back the next day (Friday) saying I would be in on Monday. I send a couple texts back and forth on Monday saying I would be in a 5 they say fine. I show up, everything is weird. Sit down with my guy, chit chat, They give me what looks like the new bill (it was just a price info sheet and the name on the top is a guy who no longer works there. red flag 3) they ask if I really still want this car for the higher price. I confirm the amount for the wire transfer and ask if I can see my car for the first time. Awkward pause....."Is it here????" "Yes... but we sold it last Friday to someone else for $300 more". Obviously I'm a bit stunned. We go for a drive in a higher trim version and I go home and tell the family we're not getting the new car we bought 10 months ago. Next day I get a text "hey want to buy one in a lower trim same colour? just happened to show up last night...(red flag #...?)" um.. no thank you. I'd say I'm never going back but they've still got my deposit. 1 star. Jackson's Toyota Barrie. General Sales Manager Tony Casey.

Dear Ahmed, Chelsea, Clausen Ahmed, thankyou so much for your fine experience and knowledge of the vehicle i have now bought. Actually if you didnt persist me i was going to ealk away, your knowledge and understanding of my needs appealed to me more than the price, which was very very generous. From the beginning right to the end and even still with your reminder via video, of any issues or questions, to keep in touch. Thats impressive, is very sweet. Speaking of keeping in touch we now move onto Chelsea the lady behind all the financing and paper work. Huge hugs, i love this lady. Very swift, and knowledgeable in her field, stressless , very happy individual, very explanitory. I litterally felt like apart of her family. Btw, she needs a room with a view!! Lol. Noone in this baarie north end will disappoint you. Very kind and not fake kind. They dont try to swindle you. They lay it out flat line and in my opion the best peeps ever. And ive bought many vehicles i am knowledgeable and okder, so i can see it coming . Nit the feeling i got and will always carry with me is their willingness to make every step count with dignity and honesty. Clausen, the owner, very gentle man. As a last piece, thankyou for having such a wobderful stsff, you are very privileged to have these individuals working with you. As you are to them. Much appreciation on my behalf to toyota. Thankyou for making my purchase very happy, with no regrets. Ps. I bought a toyota 2020 tacoma. Beaitiful lady she is. Lets not mistake her gentleness for her authority on the road.

I chose to deal with Jackson’s Toyota after reading their reviews and speaking with them on the phone and in person. I had gone to my local Toyota dealerships initially but their customer service was lacking. I was impressed with Jackson’s customer service from my initial phone conversation. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions promptly. Eric kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle from day one of ordering my Highlander right up to delivery last week. I am extremely happy with my interactions with Eric, Chelsea and Jackson’s Toyota thus far. Based on my recent purchase experience, I would recommend Eric and Jackson’s Toyota to friends and family. I am hoping my experience remains the same when it comes to future interactions as well as servicing my new vehicle.

After all was done with the sales and delivery I was very happy and would recommend Lee and all those I’ve dealt with so far at Jackson’s Toyota pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jackson's Toyota and had a pleasant, no worries experience. All Staff involved with my purchase were courteous and knowledgeable, they continue to this day to have a genuine concern for my happiness with my new purchase and offer any help that may be necessary. Mr. Domm was especially courteous and gained much respect from myself as well as my family that accompanied me. Over all I have had a great experience and would recommend Jackson's to anyone.

I wish I could give them lower then 1 star but I guess this will have to do. I bought a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE brand new. I purchased a 5 warranty on my car that covers everything INCLUDING all electronics. Tell me how after 3 years and 6 months my panoramic roof wouldn’t close after opening it one day. I called Jackson Toyota and they said after 3 years those parts in the roof are no longer under warranty (even though my car is under warranty) they expect me to pay $5000 + to get my roof working again on a car that has under 50,000 KM in perfect condition(minus my roof/night shade not working) I’m also convinced this is a manufactured defect on the car (as per 3rd party mechanic because Toyota techs couldn’t even guarantee closing my roof manually they said they would “Try” for $150 an hour) so if you got a Camry too, I’m almost certain it will happen to you after 3 years of having the vehicle. (So make sure you complain when it does happen and DON’T pay $5000+) The employee named “Kelly” (who is a guy lol and knows zero to NOTHING about customer service and how to speak to people professionally) REFUSED to help me and acted as if I did something wrong and it could NEVER be some type of manufacturing defect on there end. He continuously spoke over me when I was clearly calling for help to get my car fixed and he didn’t even try to help me and continued saying that “I don’t work for Toyota, I work for Jackson’s Toyota.” It seemed very odd how passionate he was to disassociate himself from Toyota. I would suggest, you hire people who want to be associated with your company considering it says Toyota on his and fellow employees work uniforms. Absolutely horrible person, that greatly tainted my experience with this wonderful company. Maybe next time, I’ll call for help and HOPEFULLY get a decent person who’s interested in helping paying customers resolve issues in a way that doesn’t include being rude. In the mean time, I’m looking around for lawyers to take legal action if Toyota does not repair my vehicle at there expense. I’m looking directly at my purchase agreement and know where does it say, certain things aren’t covered after 3 years. Very sketchy the way they’re doing business I must say.
