My truck needed repairs. Wayne looked after me very well, right from booking the appointment to letting me know what was wrong as well as letting me know the cost of the repairs.

It was very busy in the service area today and the wait to be served was some what long. I was served a quickly as possible and everyone was cordial and respectful.

Although the service representative was friendly, I was not kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. Especially at the end of the day, I still hadn't heard anything so I called in to get an update. First, I couldn't get in touch with Crystal because she was either gone for the day or busy. Then when I talked to one of the receptionists, they were unsure as the service that had been done hadn't been tallied yet or printed out. Overall, needs improvement for customer satisfaction.

First of all. it wasn't "John" who made the appt, brought the van in and paid the bill, it was myself..Patricia...so to have this email survey sent to my email address, and then starting out with John, how was your experience, doesn't say alot for how closely you look at your customers. All the services I had rqst'd were done, and about 100 dollars more the the estimated ballpark figure I was given when booking the appt. You know how much a rad cap costs and how long it takes to put it on.. you know how long it takes to do a coolant flush, and you must know how long it takes to replace a block heater in a 2002 van, so I don't understand where the 100 difference came from
