service shouldnt take six hours for oil change and recall check again i had to call 3 times to see if car was finished requested phone call when car was ready this also has happened before

I had a great experience at SMP. Kelly was very friendly and easy to get along with. The whole time he was helping me I felt that he had my best interest and needs in mind. If you are looking for someone pleasant to work with, who knows the product he is selling, and is genuinely interested in helping you out, you couldn't do better than Kelly.
