Confused

For the third oil change in a row now I can't drive the car without the window down because of burning oil smell. The tech should have fixed the problem and cleaned the engine. I am going for surgery tomorrow and will be out commission for at least a month so my wife will have to put up with it till then and I will put the car on Ramps and fix the car myself. I talked at least 3 people last year into going to smp and buying a Cruze now my mission is to stop at least 3 people from making that mistake which is a shame because the buying experience was very good.

Patrick was a great salesman and provided honest information. Delivery of vehicle took longer than expected. Vehicle condition was as described. Brandon was great to work with for financing. I am disappointed that a $38000 vehicle only comes with one key fob. Especially with the potentially large profit to be made from my trade-in. That left a "cheap" feeling at end of the deal.

Kelly was easy to talk with, understanding and very preceptive. He was patient with us, especially my daughters who the vehicle was for. He also went the extra mile to follow up with us several times to ensure we were completely satisfied. A tremendous experience with a personal touch!! We will certainly remember Kelly the next time we need a vehicle (new or used) and make sure anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle knows to check in with Kelly at SMP as part of their search!!
