batteries were failing on a used 2009 Gmc Durimax. SMP agreed to split the cost of new batteries.

A great experience dealing with SMP especially when you are buying first car of your life. It makes it more pleasureful when the Sales person is informative and gives you all the details that you are looking for. We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Allen McCormick helped us to make a decision really quick. We also appreciate the efforts taken by him to show us all the cars available and ready to answer tons of our questions. Even the after Sales service is commendable.Keep doing the good work. We are happy to get connected with SMP and definitely deal again in future for our second car. Mr. Allen has all the qualities for a good salesman. Thanks a lot Sir.

My salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It is obvious he enjoys his job and working with people. I never once felt pressured to purchase. The staff reassured me they are always accessible regarding questions and/or concerns, and were always professional. I did appreciate a tour of the dealership.
