There was a clicking sound on our Vibe. I did some research online, removed the glove compartment and determined that is was the recirculating motor. I mentioned this when i brought it in. The blower motor was cleaned instead and the clicking sound was still there when i picked the vehicle up. I was treated very nicely by Wayne and appreciate his assistance. While i was given a reduction on the labour and parts i am still out-of-pocket $80 for a repair i did not request. I'm not asking for any more reimbursement as i understand that SMP did spend time on my vehicle (even though not requested or required), I'm simply explaining the facts of my visit(s).

When we arrived Dan was not available but his friendly assistant suggested we go to the lot and check out the cars. My daughter found the perfect car for her then Dan proceeded to go through the details of the vehicle and set us up with the financial agent to complete the deal. The car is in excellent condition and a great vehicle for my daughter. She loves it. Thanks Dan for your friendly and courteous service. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Brought car for recall work; shuttle driver was courteous and fair in driving people who had been waiting the longest; hot coffee was very appreciated in the waiting room, as was the wifi; I assume the recall work was done properly.
