The length of time to get the parts was annoying to begin with and then we had a call to put a serpentine belt with a car of 520

I felt that a call to indicate that the belt required changing seems either wrong or not to be a bit of scam for the untrained eye. I presently own another vehicle with over 200,000 kms and just changed the belt. Do you think I felt that something was wrong with this suggestion?

My car was in for an oil change, and to determine if there were issues with a belt. Crystal ensured all of the work, including paper work and any questions, was taken care of. She placed a call to let me know when the vehicle was ready, and inquired if all of my needs were met. She then arranged for a shuttle. Thanks Crystal and SMP!

The way we as clients are treated is why I traded my Aveo in for a Sonic. The level of service does NOT go down even when your warranty is up. If there has been something seriously wrong with any of my cars over the years I have watched as each service expert has seemed to take it as a personal mission to set it right, I've never felt like a DUMB girl if all I can say is it's making noises. And something as simple as picking up your car after a service to find it shiny and clean just adds another layer of win.

This is an important part of owning a car...The staff at SMP make it as easy as possible. When I was there on Monday, Wayne checked me in,, listened to my complaint, got me a shuttle and in short time I was home. Early in the afternoon Wayne phoned, informed my what had been done to correct the problem, how much the charge was and also sent a shuttle. I hate not having my car , but if it must be serviced SMP is a good choice. That is why I take a Buick to be serviced there. Thanks! Marion Brown
