Excellent service from an excellent staff! City honda made it so easy to make such a big decision. Our sales person Leanne Penney was nothing short of perfect, not a high enough rating for her!! We love our new civic so much! �

Very bad customer service and mechanic work! I had my vehicle dropped off to have an issue fixed. 6 hours after vehicle had been picked up the same issue occurred once again leaving the issue unfixed. Refused to do anything for me unless they checked it out again and would have to order in another part, which is why I put it in the day before(to resolve the issue) so the second time around they would find the real problem??... mind blown, power shifted my car to the nearest mechanic and within minutes found the problem at zero cost. I'll never be so stupid again to think that going with City Honda is the smart choice. Please do not do that same with your hard earn money.
