I Was in Tuesday and had my front wheel bearing replaced...cost me $643...20 mins after I picked it up I started getting a grinding noise in the wheel that they fixed..so brought it back in today and got charged $72 AGAIN because they said some rust fell down between he rotar. The noise wasn't there when I brought it in so I don't know why I have to pay for something that was obviously as a result of something YOU done, when doing he bearing. So disgusted and especially 2 days before Christmas. & to make the best of it the first time I brought it in was supposed to only be to get the lights on the dash turned off..went from being $75 to $643!

Terrible service. Just dropped off my CRV to get an oil change, had to bring my 8 week old baby with me. They said it would be a couple of hours, my newborn wasn't going to last that long, which I expressed to the girl at the service counter (not an ounce of sympathy from her), so she suggested that the car seat base can go in the shuttle, I said I didn't know how to remove or install the base (my husband installed it), so I asked if I could take the vehicle back home and come back in a couple hours like she said...she said that wouldn't work because what if the service guys were ready in a hour...why did she tell me a couple of hours if now she's saying it could be an hour... so she said she would get one of the guys to take the base out so I could get the shuttle home. After they finally found someone to remove it, I stood there waiting for the shuttle. Only then does the girl at the counter say that for insurance reasons they don't install the base...WTF? I just told several different employees that I don't know how to remove/install the base and she waited until the base was removed ( at her suggestion) to tell me they won't reinstall it. Then everyone walked away and left me standing there with my newborn and uninstalled car seat base. This is my first service experience with Honda and it was horrible. I have a Toyota as well and have never had an issue with service, they are always super accommodating and have appointments instead of just first come first serve...maybe Honda should take some customer service tips from Toyota...

Just purchased a 2016 Honda Civic, and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left Andrea and Ashley were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns as well as follow up with me 3 days after getting my car to check in and make sure I was happy. These two definitely want to help their customers to the best of their ability. I'd highly recommend Andrea when looking for a new vehicle.
