would not honour warranty

Would not honour warranty on something that is a manufacturing defect. My car is only 1 year old and was having brake issues

Dave Osborne was very knowledgeable and made the experience very excellent. He was able to answer most of our questions and any he was unsure of, he went out of his way to get the answer for us. Our experience with Orangeville Honda was very positive.

I have done sales before many years ago so it was nice to see the sales staff working together to accommodate my schedule and to get the deal done with no strong arm tactics because to be honest with you I would have laughed and walked out.

We have bought two cars from Mike at Orangeville Honda this year. One was used and the other new! If I needed any more cars I would go back and see Mike again! We never felt pressured for one second and we really felt comfortable through the whole buying experience. Thanks Mike!!
