I was very satisfied with my service, he answered all my questions and showed me how to work the devices in my new vehicle. Overall my experience was great and amazing customer service. You can tell he values his customers!!!

CRV in for error lights

My brand new CRV had to go in for a warranty repair (warning lights on dash coming on) after I'd had it one week. It was in for 5 days and while they were fixing it I was given a Mazda 2 as a rental. I was very disappointed that I was not provided with a comparable vehicle. There is a big difference between my CRV which fit my whole family, and the very small Mazda 2 that was only big enough for my child's car seat OR a passenger. Otherwise, the service was good.
