I already had pre-set pricing for Honda associates so no negotiating was needed. Matt was very welcoming as I arrived at the dealership. He was friendly and courteous, but not pushy. The transaction went as smoothly as it could possibly go. Matt was informative as I had a few questions, and has a good sense of humour. He explained the car then physically showed me the features rather then just send you on your way. They also filled the car with gas which was a bonus. Overall quite pleased with the sale and Matts professionalism. Would definitely recommend Orangeville Honda to anyone.

We have a Honda 2010 Honda CRV. We developed a blower problem after the vehicle runs about a half hour and then the air volume reduced and then would not defrost the windows or cool the car adequately when it was hot outside. We had purchased extended warrantee to 200 k km at the time of vehicle purchase. This problem developed at approximately 193 k km and at the very end of the time warrantee. Honda not only covered the full cost of the repair but the cost to give us a rental while our vehicle was in the shop (at least $10,000). This difficult problem was resolved by Honda at no out of pocket cost to us. Honda has demonstrated to us that we are very valued customers of Honda. Our next vehicle will again be a Honda CRV.
