Lube oil and filer and winter tire installation were completed in a timely manner. I experienced friendly service from all of the staff as usual! I will continue to have my Honda serviced at Orangeville Honda.

Attempted to set new lock to fit regular and valet keys. No success but good effort. No charge for oil change because of difficulties. Appreciated the helpful attitude.

I was impressed with the level of service at Orangeville Honda! I was looking to buy a manual transmission and even though they didn't have one "in stock" the afternoon I was coming to test drive, they were able to coordinate getting one to the dealership while I was out testing the automatic - amazing! Very satisfied with their service and my beautiful new car!

There are clearly problems with the CRV. The tire pressure gauge light stays on. Have complained about this several times. Recently found out this was a problem Honda was aware of before vehicles left plant. This car was sold to me with knowledge of faulty product. Why hasn't my dealership or Honda fixed this? Also learned windows don't have enough rubber lining, which was outsourced, on door so my window doesn't go up and down smoothly. Told by dealership my car must be cold. In addition, Honda is aware of the problem associated with the sound my car makes when it starts. Why hasn't honda stood behind its products. I have purchases 4 Honda vehicles. This will be my last. Spending almost 50,000 on a vehicle with this many issues was a mistake I won't make again. People at the dealership are very nice but the CRV STINKS!
