Courteous , professional and trustworthy service

From the time the appointment was booked to the time the service was complete we were treated with respect and all representatives of Orangeville honda were professional . They delivered on what they said they would do in the time they said it would take at the price they Quoted! I trust their work and advise when it comes to my wife's 2009 Honda civic Si.

I have been a client of Orangeville Honda for almost 20years. I have always been treated with respect and I feel like a valued customer. In this instance, I was in to purchase a vehicle to replace my 2000 Civic (purchased at O'ville Honda). Several days earlier, I had been in a crash and my car was a write off, so I was shopping out of necessity, not a desire for a new car. The sales associate listened to my wants, presented options, arranged my test drive. He had other clients that day and was able to manage all of us competently. I was checked on by the service staff (thanks Tim) throughout the day. It felt like I was being looked after by an entire team! I gave the dealership short notice of my desired pick-up. They arranged for someone to meet with me to sign documents and my sales associate came in early on pick-up day to take me through my car and get me to work. Thanks to your staff for making my purchase easy and comfortable!

Came in for winter tires and there was a bit of a mix up.

My mother made an appointment for me to have my CRV in for new winter tires. She requested they be on separate rims. We called an hour prior to confirm that they indeed had the right size tires for my 2006 and found out the wrong size was brought in from the warehouse. Also, they told us they didn't have any winter rims but not until we arrived with the vehicle. Tim however, discovered the Civic winter rims were the same so we did finally get the tires installed on rims. In the end we got what we requested but was a bit of a messy ordeal. We are very thankful for Honda. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the last experience we had with you. Your sales staff was very friendly but we had to pay for the parts since we were told we were too hard on our breaks - therefore they were not covered under the warranty. Also, our car was making a noise that was not identified and so it is still making the noise and is not fixed. So we will have to still fix what we originally came in to fix.

Tim is a wonderful to deal with. He understands that honesty is the most important aspect of car maintenance from my perspective. He is very approachable and is always available to explain all of the details of the service if I don't understand anything.

I found the whole honda experience to be welcoming, honest and efficient. If I had questions I got honest answers, if I had concerns, they were respectfully taken care of. I love my Honda Civic CLE. And I love going to my dealership to get it serviced! How many people can say that about other places!

I got far more than I expected

I wanted to have our '14 CRV cleaned in advance of our drive to Chicago. I booked a "detailing" at Orangeville Honda and when I arrived to pick it up it was cleaner than when I took delivery! I plan to have this service 2 or 3 times a year. Great job!!
