Ever since the first day I walked into the show room a few years ago I have always been treated well. Whether it's leasing a car with Micheal or in for service speaking with Lisa I've never been steered wrong. I think one of the reasons I will keep coming back is because of the communication. New Car purchase from Orangeville Honda

Sheila and I recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Orangeville Honda. We are very satisfied with the new car and also with the experience at the dealers. We were met at the door by an excellent salesperson who explained everything about the cars and came with us on a test drive. I was very happy that she came as she explained each feature on the car that we did not know about. I was also please with the follow up a few days later to check that we were still happy with our decision. I found the pricing to be fair with no hidden costs and overall I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car or truck.

Prompt and attentive service

The service desk staff are very polite and helpful, all repairs were carried out efficiently and loved the fact that I got a car wash also. No surprises with the cost due to the estimate given.

in for an oil change, they find a nail in the sidewall, of my winter tire , they had already called a supplier and found exact match and already ordered it, was greatful that they had done this for me. (had noticed a slow leak while in London but could not find where) as soon as tire arrived they let me know and arranged to have car done this was on new years eve.

First impression when entering is how spacious and CLEAN everything is! Then the staff appear with smiling faces to assist you. The staff are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and make you feel as if you are number 1…they even make you coffee and wash your car! I also love the ride and pickup to town while they do the work….now that is smart! Most of all,I love my Honda!

I hate being lied too and almost cheated out of a hidden $148.00 extra a month when making an offer for new auto.

I was five minutes away from finalizing the contract for a new car to lease last spring, when I noticed an additional charge of $148.00 a month,When I questioned this charge I was informed it was the cost of the $1,500 deposit.. I reminded the sales rep. that the General MGR John. agreed to absorb that cost in the agreement. Was told by sales Representative that was correct it had been.. I questioned why she didn't remove that cost from the sales agreement . Was once more told it was to do with the deposit.. We went around and around till finally I told her to forget the whole thing. Lucky for me my signature was still needed. She said at that point sorry she made a mistake.would I please change my mind. My second complaint is I brought my present leased car in four times last year to have the ECO Boost fixed as it was not working and for one reason or another the job wasn't completed. .The forth time it was completed.

Excellent!

This was the first time that I had dealt with the service department at Orangeville Honda and I was very impressed. There was a recall on my 2012 Honda Civic dealing with the battery charging system. The staff at Orangeville Honda were friendly and knowledgeable. The service representative explained everything that was done to my vehicle in plain language that I could understand. I was told that the car would be ready in an hour and it was. The waiting area was bright, clean and comfortable.
