I was greeted by Doug like an old friend. He made me feel special and that he was doing his all for me. I was hooked up with a great driver for a shuttle ride home and it was neat. Doug then called with the dreaded news "Small leak on your transmission oil pump. We should really che3ck into it". Long story short, I was set up with a new appointment and then set up with a service appointment for my Colorado. Yes, I know, I bought it at Sherwood, but we learn quickly, and will not go back there. Doug is our man.............

The service department has always provided good work. I rate 4 out of 5 because of my general disapointement with the vehicle. Costly repairs just as warranty expires and poor quality engine. I have a 1955 Ford that uses less oil.

Quicker than first expected.

Oil change and warranty work done. Still more warranty work for the seat belt as they didn't have the parts. As I live east of Saskatoon this is a concern as it will cost me gas money to make ANOTHER trip into the city.
