Good sales staff. Nick treated us like we were people not just a sale.

Service desk is very good as well. Have dealt many times with them with my 1999 Odyssey and been more than satisfied.

I was disappointed in the way I had to get my car but I love my car.

It took 5 weeks to get my car which was strange because nick pressured us to put down a deposit ASAP to ensure we got the car right away. I knew the civic was the car I wanted so I felt like pallidino had all the power.

All of my needs were met, the salesperson, Cody, did an amazing job, very informative and made sure I got a good deal. Definitely a very pleasant experience. Have and will continue to refer other individual's to Palladino.
