My family and I appreciate the effort that the sales representative showed in terms of ensuring the transaction went smoothly. He and his colleagues were overall friendly, informative about the products, and very timely. However, one criticism I have is that he did not uphold some promises he had made to us post-transaction. In other words, once the sale had been made there was no follow through with the same degree of customer service from him, which I found was surprising and disappointing. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I am unsure if I will be a returning customer, as I felt a bit let down afterwards.

As a first time buyer, I was very nervous but also skeptical of dealerships. I knew what I wanted and I had my family with me to support me every step of the way. Roadsport Honda was the first dealership we visited and loved the welcome we received. The car I was interested in purchasing was not available in the colour or the model I wanted so we decided to go somewhere else. When the other dealerships were a bust, we went back to Roadsport. After several hours there with Alan Chen, he was able to deliver what I wanted and I am incredibly happy we went back to that location. He really made us work for it but it was all worth it in the end with his incredible service and knowledge.
