Shop here at your own risk! We were looking for a new ride and were minutes away from signing for a new jeep. We went over the details again before proceeding and noticed the sales rep had increased the term from 72 to 96 months, without telling us. Completely untrustworthy! We may never look at a jeep dealership again? Thank you for the response, I've cleaned up my post because of it.

Justin, after some research, as your offer to purchase was from July 2019 the details are somewhat foggy. 99% of clients looking to purchase a new vehicle choose to finance as the MFGR buys the interest rate down [subvented rate] and most clients are looking for the lowest possible payment. As such our software used to structure a deal defaults to the lowest rate available at the longest term. There was a misunderstanding on our part by the sales person that you wanted a lower term and structured the deal at the software defaults. This was caught by yourself & the Business Manager during your initial discussion with her. We immediately had you return to the sales person to restructure your offer to purchase at the lower term which would increase the payment. The selling price of the vehicle does not change. There was nothing nefarious going on, yes a error on our part. Our apologies.
