So had a unexpected break down. Simple, Battery, and alternator, and on their advice 2 tires. Same old story you get from dealerships , ready later today, oh sorry part not in stock have to order, oh part didnt arrive, all the typical bull. Thanks for all you assistance, John as a service advisor should check for parts prior to committing to a timing. Phil as the service manager maybe attempt to please the customer, as a representative of Dodge, Jeep Chrysler, leaves a bad impression of dealerships, back to what everyone knows, over priced and full of whats in a baby's diaper. I should have just sent it back to Kingston on a flat deck and saved my aggravation. As I have in my 35 years of automotive experience just bring it home. Can't recommend this dealership or any other one. Thanks.

I am running an old Jeep Commander and do not usually go to big dealerships but these people always seem to take care of any issues, had a problem last week and the guys in the lube area were awesome and the service advisor I dealt with over the phone and person as well. thanks!
