a long process but the problem was finally resloved. Aperently it was unique.

The problem with the blind spot monitoring system took some seven months to resolve, perhaps because of it's unique intermittent failure but in the end it has been corrected and seemed t be a learning experience for everyone.

I was received in a friendly and profesisonal manner. It is always a pleasure to deal with the service department. They are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional service. I had my winter tires mounted and had an oil change done.

I had my brand new car for only 3 weeks when I got a bad stone chip in my windshield. Went back to Mazda and they filled it for me free of charge on the spot! Great service
