Always great service at Palladino Honda! The shuttle service has always been on time and friendly drivers and the estimate on how long the service will take has always been right on.

Got service right away. Only issue is did not get caps put back on and when went back in, got cheap plastic caps. Would like my old nice metal ones back if possible??

My first visit to the Service Dept. with a concern about my new CRV

Brought my CRV in to get a Howling noise checked out....it started at about 16000 kms went for a test drive with the Mechanic..... He said heard something ,but it did not sound abnormal...... I rotated my tires to see if it would make a difference...did not help... the noise is still there..... I guess I'll have to wait for it to get worse.... Happy with the staff....they are always pleasant and willing to help.
