Much better than previous

The "check engine" light on my car was on for a week and a half prior to my appointment, and it coincidentally turned off the day of. However, the technicians were still able to assess what was wrong - a loose seal - and fix the problem in a timely manner. I was very hesitant to bring my car back to SMP because, previously, I had simply been told that "there was nothing wrong" with my car and it ended up having the turbo and transmission completely replaced! It was good to see that they changed their attitudes even though it wasn't a big problem.

When arrived to take delivery of truck there were some minor issues. Had previously expressed that didn't want any stickers on vehicle -- they were present and had to be removed. Wheel locks were written up in deal, but hadn't been installed until I pointed it out. Some confusion regarding availability of rear power window and installation of factory sprayed-on box liner. In the end don't mind the rear power window and Dan facilitated the installation of an inserted box-liner.

I had brought my 2014 Cruze in for an oil change in May and was told my car was included in the axle recall. The parts were ordered at that time. Though it took a long time for the parts to arrive,Glen did not forget about me. Coincidentally, I had my vehicle scheduled for an oil change this week, and Glen was able to rearrange the schedule and get both the axle and oil change done on the same day saving me an extra trip in. My car was finished much quicker than I had anticipated and I was able to get on with my day earlier than planned. Thank you Glen for taking care of it so quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated.

Everything was great I would come back and buy another truck again. We will see how things go when I pick the truck up and after when I have to get it serviced
