Dan is very helpful and makes all my Honda service visit successful

I needed a part that was not in stock and Dan ordered it from British Columbia and made sure it came in as quick as possible because my car could not be driven and I had to get a rental vehicle until my car was ready. So thanks Dan! He is the best.

When dropping off my car, I was told what was going to be done to my car in laymans terms. CSR was very friendly and inquired if I would need a shuttle and arranged that for me as well as put my name on the shuttle list to be picked up later. When my car was ready, I was called and my shuttle pick up time was arranged. Shuttle was on time and driver was very friendly and did not make me nervous with their driving. Again very professional. When I picked up my car, CSR again explained to what exactly was done to my car, took my payment, gave me my keys, all the while being very friendly. Over all my visit was very positive with A-1 customer service all the way around. Keep up the great work.
