Joe was respectful, knowledgeable, and made me so comfortable. l had a list of what l wanted to match my budget and Joe gave me what l ask for . l was very impressed with Joe, a friend as well as a very good and honest salesman.

I would like to thank Joe Teatro for customer service that was amazing to me.I recently bought a Buick Lacrosse from Joe and you can play music from a thumb drive but has no CD player. I told Joe i had no idea how to copy music from a CD to a thumb drive. He came to my house to give me some help and when my computer wouldn't co-operate he took my CD's and drives home and copied them there.This is a level of customer service beyond anything I would have expected and is very much appreciated. Please share this with Joe

Approached one of your Used car saleswoman with specific items we were looking for in a used vehicle. We tried out one vehicle and were told that the salesperson would be on the lookout for a vehicle that would meet our requirements. Never had any updates from the dealership so we presumed they did not want our business, so we purchased 2017 Ford Escape elsewhere.

Was called and told I didn't pay my bill. When I know I did pay. And my Canyon has broken down twice because of the transmission. So I'm a little worried about what will happen once my warranties run out. Not happy I bought a new truck so that I wouldn't break down on the side of the road.....and I have.
