I just bought my first ever car at Lindsay Buick! I can't thank Lori enough for all her help and making my purchase so smooth and easy. Both Lori and Cindy made buying my car seamless with their friendly yet professional approach.

l hadn't really wanted to submit a review on this because generally l have found this dealership to be great but seeing as l also got a phone call yesterday regarding my input here goes....First of all when l brought my car in for an oil change {July 31] l was asked if l wanted my car checked out because the warranty is up Nov. l said no thanks, l was in a hurry this day. However she gave me many reasons why it should be done this day including it takes an hour and so does the oil change. l have to be honest and say l really did not appreciate the fact that she just did not seem to hear me...not good customer service [good company service l suppose] l held my ground and said no thanks [she was clearly annoyed]..so the oil change took a bit over an hour [?] and this same "company geared lady" came quite annoyed to show me they had found a couple of things, she did explain them and told me she would wait for me to come and make an appointment. Rather than make a big deal l just made an apt. for 2 weeks. She informed me they would need the car the whole day. l live 45 min. from this shop so l made arrangements for both a ride there and a ride back.[ l use my car daily for work] The frustration of having someone not listen did not end there. l was told then that my car would not be ready this day but that there was a rental l could pick up. The reason, a wrong part was delivered. l was then to call the following day at 9 am to check and see when it would be done, which l did and was told the mechanic was under the hood at the minute and would l call around noon to find out more...when l called at noon l was informed the lady who l needed to speak to was out for a little, l then got a call back at 1:30 to tell me that once again the wrong part had been sent and there was no way l could get my vehicle this day either l supposed he hadn't realized it was the wrong part when he was working on it that morning at 9 am....in the mean time l was given a 4x4 Silverado double cab to drive...l wasn't fond of having to pull myself up and in with the steering wheel and if l wanted a big rig like this l would have bought one! Not to mention the gas tank on this thing! I can't remember anymore reasons but, It was 2 days after this l finally got my Buick encore back. I think you get the picture. l took it in on Monday 9 a.m. and got it back Thurs. l was so glad to have my car back l did not bother to complain. l appreciate it was cleaned, this is a very nice service. And honestly l just felt that l wasn't being told the truth. l was told a gasket takes most of the day to dry and that is why it would take so long [1 day] l am told by others tops would be 2 hours. some think its only females that are treated this way, however l see you have a lot of female employees so l would hope this is not the truth. Customer Service begins with the first person you speak with and realistically they should listen to the customers wishes without getting their ego in the way. I do appreciate the fact that my car runs fine.

We had our SUV fixed here and it was stressful. We originally went in with the vehicle making noise, had a $2000 repair for power steering and the noise didn’t go away. After some conversations with the manager the actual problem was fixed (I believe we split the additional repair cost). The original repair and answer to why the noise didn’t go away was not handled well; the follow up with the manager was helpful but should have been the help we received right away not after making a complaint. Also it seems odd that a dealership in a small town has had 16 5 star reviews in the last week, and all the reviewers have only one review. But I guess you can take from that what you want; maybe everyone in Lindsay loves it here.
