Every time I require service for my 2014 Impala Service Advisor Luke Avery books me an appointment. He keeps me informed of any problems the Tech has found and what was done to correct it. I can't say enough great things about Luke Avery and how he looks after my car.

Car Detailing.

Hi Luke: I brought my wife's KIA Rondo in for a silver detailing and when she took in to the store the next day she noticed that the windows were not cleaned on the interior, also the salt stains in the carpet are reapearing. I don"t what you can do about this but she and I are not to pleased $180.00 is alot of money for the little work that was done. What ever you can do would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. The service advisor described in detail the things that were needed for repair and/or maintenance on my car; with a total cost of over $1000.00. As I am on a very tight budget, I took my car to another shop and was informed that according to their technicians, I only really required about 1/2 of what I was told initially by the technician at your service centre. The second shop completed the repairs and charged me about 1/2 of what LPB said it was to cost.

We purchased a gold package to have the car totally cleaned When we got it back it wasn't vacuumed in the back seat or the back hatch The windows were all spots and also the body of the car.They didn't clean the tires. We took it back and got it somewhat done. Not very happy with the cleaning crew.We will never buy a cleaning there again as it was $226.00 I think kids could do a better job.
