Only in for rims but basically in and out in a flash considering how busy they are with swapping customers winter tires. As usual, excellent service 🤗

In for tire swap and regular maintenance. During maintenance found a minor issue with AC so repaired it while it was there and saving any potential issues when summer finally gets here 🌞As usual, excellent service 🤗

Mirror replacement

The job on the mirror was done well and quickly. Communication with the service technician was mostly good but she did not apply a 10% discount on parts from a coupon that I had :(.

The staff are the strength of this business--from Andrew (MY GUY) in sales, who has now sold me 3 new cars, to Ron in parts and Jody in Service who never miss a thing, and of course the ENTIRE GANG up front!

So Andrew is the only one I go to when I need a car--he's a goofy StarWarsWatching, nail-biting guy :), but I trust him and I feel he's balancing the best deal for me with what is reasonably necessary for Palladino to make a profit. Fair enough. Jody in Service always goes the extra mile until he is sure of what the issue is and gets it well and truly fixed, and Mike in Parts has been such a source of help and information---always there to answer questions when I need him. And what can I say about the Front Desk Gang: From Marilyn to Karen to Tamara, Kara, Amy...these ladies are so welcoming, warm, professional (and yes--when needed--sometimes outright COMFORTING) that it is worth the extra costs that come with sticking with Honda. This is why I am on my fourth new car through Palladino, and why you have my loyalty and recommendation. Your cars are great, but your PEOPLE are exceptional!
