Am home at parents’ for holidays, running errands. We called this morning and Maggie got us right in to assess tires. She personally took the tread measurements, explained considerations, had “a tech” take a confirmation look, and right then got the car in the bay for 4 new all-seasons. Very comfy while we waited, and upon request a salesperson went and got more half & half for our coffee. So pleased with the service and thoughtfulness. I hope your parents also get Maggie next time they go it!

Once again, Tony Graham Lexus has surpassed our expectations with our latest purchase. The team (David Tran, Thanh Trinh & Jim Hum) provided exceptional service during and after our most recent purchase. It is a pleasure to work with David Tran, Thanh Trinh & Jim Hum as they made the purchasing process straightforward. They have outstanding people skills and are pleasant to deal with. Their years of experience shows as they gave us many tips and advice during the whole process. We have known David Tran for several years now. David is an exceptional person with high integrity. David has a Customer first Approach. Likewise, are Thanh and Jim. Thanh was always in contact, giving us advice and guidance during the whole process. He has deep knowledge of the entire Lexus lineup. Jim was very helpful in showing us the features of the new vehicle. Although a bit on the expensive side I find the the staff here are very friendly. I don't think the mechanics communicate well with the staff at the front desk because the information I got conflicted with what they actually changed in my vehicle. It is easy to drop off your vehicle and pick it up at this location and the valet who drives you to work is very very friendly.

What can I say. When we decided to look for a car we would never think that it would lead us to Lexus. But, we always talk about experiences and service as a community, Tony Graham Lexus blew our expectations completely away. From walking into the showroom we immediately felt like family. Tan Vo helped us through this wonderful experience. It made this experience amazing. We felt like family and now we are part of the Lexus family. If you are looking to buy a car, give Tan a call, he is fair and honest and he will take amazing care of you I am sure.
