I already sent several mails and phones calls to service after sale, automobile en direct and even satisfaction site. I was just unhappy with the car they sold me online, wasn’t at all what they offer and now I have been try to reach them and give them the car back because it’s not functional, they only made fun if us arguing someone will call me and after 7 days they just simply said my claim exceed 7 days now they force me to have a car that not even blinkers works and I realized they avoid any contact to solve my enquire and move on. I went to different dealerships under their name and as soon as in mentioned i dont want to keep the car they become aggressive to me and my family kicking us out from the dealership and arguing it’s my car now and my problem and that they don’t care about my situation. As a family we are gutted now and tired of been discriminated just because we are immigrants and they think they can abuse from us for been latinos. Hopefully someone can help us somehow.
