Excellent service at this dealership. I was looking for a Jeep 4Xe with the one touch roof and they're the only ones around the Halifax area that listened to what I actually wanted and made it happen. Love the vehicle and love the service they provided!

Purchase of a new Four Star horse trailer. Nikki was fabulous and the whole experience was seamless. The trailer is everything I hoped it would be. Super happy.

I didn't end up buying a car here, but did look at one with Lucas from sales. He was really nice and helpful. Was more pleasant interaction than typical sales people from other dealerships.

Have been a customer at this dealership for 11 years now & have only had positive interactions from every department. The great service doesn't end once the sale is complete. They have gone above & beyond any warranty obligation, for a costly repair on my vehicle. Sales, financing, parts & service, you are all great, thank you!

Bought a boat from this clown dealership Boat was supposed to be water ready 20k later it’s still not been in the water once After giving John pothier 100k for the boat He will use every excuse under the sun not to provide any support Please don’t waste your time or money This is a horrible dealership with horrible ownership All they want is your hard earned money !!

After purchasing this boat you approached us with a list of issues. We offered to take it to a reputable marine mechanic to have it fully looked at, and to fully cover the cost. You declined this offer. We then received a call on a Saturday evening from your “mechanic”, who was heavily intoxicated. He told us that you were exaggerating on the issue. You then tried to extort a cash sum from us rather than letting the third party marine mechanic inspect it. Purchased a plug in hybrid in September and have had nothing but issues with it being broken down off and on since October. Apparently no one has the ability to fix these cars because the codes clear once the car is boosted to start. Have asked for replacement but am only offered to trade in my lemon and purchase a new vehicle losing money out of my pocket. Very frustrating. Update: after the owner read review he called and left voicemail suggesting I get the vehicle I purchased there serviced at other dealers Just read the reply to my review and it’s not exactly how it went down. Also instead of talking to me after reading my review Chad left a voicemail explaining that he had read the review and rescinded all the offers he had made Last week I took my car there for an oil change, to have battery checked because this new car continually needs to be boosted They changed oil and checked battery and told me there was no problem. Today the car had to be boosted again. Called to make an appointment for another check. Within minutes of Chad finding out about the appointment he made the service department call me back to cancel stating he will not service my car Apparently they only do simple services here. When things are hard to figure out and a frustrated customer gives a bad review they bale.

Hi Gail, As we discussed on the phone you have not given us the chance to look at your vehicle and address your issues. You took it to Kentville Chrysler. I offered to give you a vehicle for the weekend free of charge as you didn’t feel comfortable making the trip with it recently repaired. I also offered to come pick the vehicle up and bring it to our dealership to repair it if Kentville’s last fix did not work. After all of this you left us a 1 star review. A vehicle has warranty for a reason and we need a shot at fixing it; we can’t just give you a new vehicle. This is true of any product. Also several of the issues you raised are normal operation for the vehicle.-Chad Pothier
