Lucas was nothing short of awesome. We were not the easiest customers to deal with and he just rolled with the punches making sure we had a great experience.

I took my 2019 Ram 1500 in for a MVI and was rejected. They told me I needed 2 lower ball joints.emergency brake cable was seized and that I needed new brakes. Here’s the problem I had new front pads and rotors and rear pads installed about 3 months ago and I used the emergency brake the day before and it worked fine. So I took my truck to another garage in Windsor to check it out they found that I only needed 1 ball joints and everything thing else was fine. When I was talking to service clerk my was was talking to another customer in the show room and she said they told her the same thing that she needed new brakes and that she had a service light on that they couldn’t fix

Hi Mike, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I talked to the technician who worked on your vehicle and to address your concerns the following points were noted: 1. The parking brake was seized. When the technician applied it the vehicle was stuck in the bay and would not move. He had to get another technician to assist him while he pounded it with a hammer to get it to release. Both technicians verified this. When you replace a stuck parking brake it is nearly impossible to replace without replacing the rotors as well as they become damaged with the force to remove. 2. The rotors were worn and pitted on the inside, with little to no contact with the pads. 3. Both ball joints had in excess of 1 mm of play, the spec is ½ mm. Many aftermarket shops do not know how to properly measure ball joints. We see incorrect measurements frequently. We have one of the few shops around that does not pay on flat rate and we do not have a bonus system that incentivizes additional work. The technician who looked at would not gain in any way by recommending these items. He is a long-term employee who is very knowledgeable; if he suggested it I can almost guarantee you it needs it. I would love the opportunity to put this truck on a hoist to re-examine it for you and make sure it is safe and working properly. You are welcome to be there and to look at these items with us to verify them. We live by our reputation and the number one principle I bestow upon all of our service staff is to never recommend anything a vehicle doesn’t need. We do however take our motor vehicle inspection license very seriously and will not pass an unsafe vehicle. If you would like to discuss it further and arrange a time to have it looked at I welcome you to call me on my cell at 799-0088.

Best car buying experience hands down. Our salesman, Lucas McPhee was professional, accommodating and incredibly helpful. When our bank offered an outrageous interest rate for being self employed we were going to walk from our deposit but Lucas convinced us to let the dealership try and introduced us to Julie Taylor. Julie secured us a fantastic rate right away with no hassle and we were able to go home with our new Gladiator. 10-10 experience and would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
