Avoid if you are a senior or have limited knowledge of vehicles! They rip you off by exaggerating repairs.Save money and go to a local mechanic who cares. EDIT: I’m posting this for a friend who is a senior & was a customer.

I cannot find a record by your company name and therefore cannot comment on your specific situation. I can tell you that our technicians are not paid flat rate and our advisors are not paid on found work. They have absolutely no reason to “exaggerate work” and it is a company policy not to recommend anything that a vehicle does not need. If you have a problem with a bill I am happy to discuss it with you and get to the bottom of it.- Chad Pothier

The biggest cons in hants county!! Will suck every penny they can get without caring about the consumer! STAY AWAY Not the same pothier motors it once was

Hi Chris, as your well aware we had to call the RCMP after you were aggressive with our staff and did a burnout in our parking lot. All for refusing to pay for a wheel alignment which you requested us to perform. I’m sorry but we do not tolerate with violent harassment to our employees or belligerent behaviour-Chad Pothier

Was driving by Pothiers last Friday and had their salesperson Tim cut me off in traffic, during the heavy rain storm. He was transitioning from their main lot to their secondary lot across the street, towing a long trailer. I had my wife and 7 month old in the back. I pulled in and he immediately approached our vehicle and was screaming and swearing at us. This occurred on Pothiers property and Tim was wearing a company shirt with his name on the front. Tim seems to think that he can operate with impunity and after reading the responses from the owners on some of these reviews, I see where that mental model comes from. Unwilling to take responsibility and own their mistakes. Just because you've been in business for 60 years doesn't mean your conduct is unimpeachable or appropriate. We won't be buying anymore trucks from these folks.
