A very big thank you to Sarah and Pothier Motors for making my truck purchase so smooth and enjoyable. Sarah is more knowledgeable about the truck than I will be by the time I trade it in. She even went the extra mile to come pick me up herself when I couldn’t get a ride! 5 star service all around, I couldn’t be happier with my new truck!

Pino and the service department team get 5 stars from me! They went to bat for me and came through with goodwill warranty coverage on the dreaded RFH Module issue with my 2019 Ram 1500. It was damaged by the rear high mount brake light assembly leaking water into the rear of the cab. I did not purchase my vehicle from them since I recently moved here from Ontario and yet they still provided me with exceptional service (above and beyond). When the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle, they will be my first stop!

We found ourselves in need of another van in a hurry as we had a major repair on one of our vehicles. Chad and his team worked with us quickly and fairly and within 24 hours we had a deal finalized. Thanks to the team at Pothier Motors for working with us to purchase a replacement van.

Been there for the first time to have my Ram serviced and perform a recall. So far the best service I ever received. Was told it would take 2 hours and was right on the money with time. Very efficient and got the truck back in the same clean condition when I dropped it off. I will definitely be a returning client. Thanks!!!
