The customer service and support sucks after they sell you something you've had problems with the day after you get it. We bought a bran new 2014 Caravan, and we've had nothing but problems. The transition is jumping when we come to a stop. "THEY" say "if we can rein-act the problem we can't do anything." I don't know how many weekends I've had to waste coming back and forth to get nothing but attitude from the service department. The customer service in and will never be there for a customer!!!! All I'm asking for is that they fix the problem so my wife and kids are safe when they are traveling a a NEW vehicle! Is this to much to ask?? Must be. BEWARE!!!

That their service sucks is well known. But they just hit new low in marketing. They sent my wife an envelope with a seem-like printed-out "urgent internal email" in which one sales guys (Lewis) shares with another sales guy (Joshua) that he is in desperate need for a used vehicle which just happened to be exactly what we have. All with offering some "great deals" - of course, towards the new vehicle purchase. Accompanied with supposedly hand-written memo to urgently call the sales guy ("hand-written" with a printer font). Shame, real shame on you! I will never buy anything from this place and will tell everyone. Because you guys treat your potential clientele as complete idiots.

This is nothing new. My wife got a similar letter from a GM dealership we bought through them. They all do it.
