We bought a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 eco diesel from here. It needed a new engine within a couple months of owning it. 2.5 years later we were still having problems with the check engine light and other error codes and the smell of exhaust filling the cabin.Truck has been in an out of multiple shops now to try and fix it and after 2.5 years its now miraculously fixed which is very concerning for us as we question what they did under the hood. The last time the truck was at Haley dodge someone took it for a test drive to Chilliwack and crashed the truck into an embankment causing $17000 worth of damage. We wanted the dealership to buy the truck back and make up for the unsatisfying service and the fact that this truck has been nothing but problems but the dealership offered us a low ball offer of $30000 for a truck that has barely been driven by us and that is now depreciated ever more in value due to a $17000 claim that was not our fault. I would not recommend doing business with this establishment as it has been nothing but problems and they do not seem to care about the customers one bit. Chrysler Canada has been involved and say they will not compensate for the 2.5 year struggle we had to get the truck working with no smell or error codes or engine light coming on. So basically if you buy a lemon in Canada you are screwed. I would imagine other dealerships would of handled things a bit better and tried to keep a customer happy and hope that customer returns in the future but Haley Dodge washed their hands of this problem real quick. Avoid this place like the plague people!!!!!

Haley Dodge is not only a great place to purchase + service a vehicle. Haley Dodge is also a great place to work! We are a family + we get treated that way too. Papa Mo Mawji takes good care of us all + I look forward to work every day. I know, that sounds nuts, but it's true!

Poor service! They only seem to care about taking your money! Tire sensor issue that has cost over $250 to date, including car rental. If you like dealing with people that don't care and seek to blame others for their own ineptitude Haley Dodge is the place to go.

Getting up at 4 am to get the first ferry to Vancouver so worth it. Love this truck. Great team of people at Haley in and out in a hour 1 pm ferry home

We purchased a 2015 Durango from Morgan MacDonald and had excellent customer service and follow up. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle with Morgan again.

Just left there. Got my deposit back because after the deal was negotiated last Friday they called me the next day saying price had gone up. A deal is a deal but you guys don't care that you made a mistake. 1000 dollars is nothing to a company doing 100's of thousands of dollars a month but it is a big deal to me your average person. Just wasted my time.

Bought a truck that was lifted and the sway bar link was installed upside down...don't even know how that's possible unless they got monkeys working in the shop. And when I tried to use the warranty to fix it the sales manager gave me so many excuses about how it's not his problem and how I need to bring it in to haley dodge to have it fixed...even after telling him I'm currently in Alberta and that's impossible. I don't understand why he wouldn't let another dealership fix it. I would never buy a vehicle there again or go there for service.

No I don't think they're a bunch of monkeys I think they're taking shortcuts with no concern for their customer safety your life because are hitched out right off the truck and we went separate directions on Highway 101 and almost lost their life and they won't even return our calls so yeah Yahoo Reckless no regard
