I couldn't stand my sales guy Mark Long . Right from the get go super rude I even told my friend I already don't like being here and don't know if I want to buy a car off this guy , we showed up just before closing , he seemed more concerned about going home than selling me a vehicle which I did end up buying . As I'm signing papers to take the car home for the night he was telling me to be back there early enough before they close so they can do the insurance and stuff claiming it takes an hour and a half to do insurance which is stupid because it takes like 15 minutes not my first new car I know the process . I said I'll try to be here for 630-7 I have life to deal with and he said okay I'll put you down for 6 ... Like I just told this guy I'll be getting here as fast as I can and I felt completely annoyed and pressured . After that I walked outside and I was telling my friend that I was angry because of his service I've never dealt with such a rude sales guy in my life very disappointing . If it wasn't for Brock , I probably would've left that dealership solely because of Mark long . If he treats all his customers this way , it wouldn't shock me if other serious buyers didn't buy the car because of him . He is not a good sales guy if he were my employee I would get him out of sales because he's losing business for you guys for sure I almost walked on a car and deal that was perfect for me but after dealin with him I was like wow is everyone else like this ? Started doubting the company until I met Brock and made everything better . Brock is the reason I bought the car and he didn't even show it to me .

Just bought our first Jeep, everyone was very nice and helpful. They worked on our financing all day while we weren't there. Felt comfortable talking to our sales person, Mike, the manager, Brock, and Teal in finance.

Took 6 days for them to look at our Jeep. Was told "what they thought" the problem was. Seriously, the techs don't know what they are doing because they did not diagnose the problem. Customer service is lacking. Receptionist needs more training as her response of " I don't know, go ask the back desk ..it's not my issue" is rude and not polite. They said the Transmission Range Sensor needed replacing...would have been an almost $1000 fix. Not the issue!! They should have charged the battery to double check this! Huge waste of our time and money for them to take SIX DAYS to supposedly pull a code that is not the issue. Our Jeep is not fixed and we are back where we started due to incompetence. We will not go back, or will we recommend them to anyone.

Had an amazing experience buying my Jeep Wrangler from Rob at Haley Dodge today. Rob made sure I had the right Wrangler that I wanted, and no pressure at all throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

Worst customer service ever. I came on a Wednesday afternoon at about 3:45PM I told them what I thought my problem was (broken fan belt) and that I was driving home to Manitoba.their response was their is nothing that we can do until tomorrow. So I made arrangements for the next day thinking they would look at it first thing nope, and hey Saudi they couldn't touch my diesel ram until 1130. Only to find out that it wasn't looked at until 1300 and then to be told the water pump seized. The part would be in on Friday. On Friday I was told that they had found a defective sensor that the belt had damaged when it broke. This part would be in on Saturday. Meanwhile truck is sitting in their yard with the hood slightly open, so I go and have a look, everything is still as I had left it, not a sign of any work having been done to it. I'm thinking had they actually diagnosed it on Wednesday, I would have been back on the road home on Thursday !!!!

I'd never do business with Haley Dodge again. You guys are one of the biggest crooks In the motor vehicle industry. Thanks for doing your homework and having your national sales rep call me 5 years later. Just to remind me of the stress and also the last of my 2 years of credit hardship I have had to deal with. I bought my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport new from Haley Dodge. Truck off the lot almost $50,000 new. I also bought loan protection insurance in case of job loss or injury. A year later I had to return the truck due to unforeseen circumstances. I owed roughly $44,000 on the truck. Loan Protection kicked in $14,000 towards the loan. What was suppose to happen is the dealership then buys the truck back off of me so I can clear out the loan. They gave me $25,000..... How the hell does a truck depreciate 50% in one year? I know how depreciation schedules work, trade in value, market value and you were suppose to give me trade in value. Instead you took advantage of my situation, and went and flipped that truck for an easy $36,000 $40,000 putting more money in to your crooked pockets.

Very helpful. They do the best they can and strive for better. every dealership has its issues but overall with my experiences in different chrysler dodge dealerships that I have been to in the past I find Haley Dodge to be the most comfortable and thorough dealership to work with. If I had any complaints or concerns I found the management handled it very professional and reasonable. Big thumbs up. Oh and they have a very hot mechanic who I found to be very honest when it came to the services my vehicle needed and very knowledgeable.
