I had a very disappointing experience at Jackson Toyota. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was lacking — I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The staff seemed disorganized, and I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and transparency from a dealership. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them based on my experience.

Rick was an amazing Sales Rep! My car broke down and I told Rick i needed a car asap, he was so helpful and so good at his job that within 4 days he found me the Corolla Cross that I wanted. The whole transaction was smooth and communication was awesome! Highly recommend Jacksons Toyota for their professionalism, honesty and efficiency❤️
