I recently had the pleasure of leasing a second vehicle from Andrew Black. Andrew genuinely cares about his clients and he never made me feel rushed or pressured throughout the entire process. The level of customer service that I received from Kenny was amazing. I felt seen and heard and reassured. I would recommend if you need service and want someone who is honest and takes his time to hear you and explain the situation, that you ask for Kenny and if he isn't available ask to speak with Tara. Both were amazing and made me feel valued as one of their customers.

I purchased a Toyota Tundra Capstone from Jackson's Toyota in the middle of February 2025. Together with the truck, I bought the Michelin winter tires and appropriate rims, as advised by the sales person, Matt. The dealership installed the tires before I picked the car up. Several days after getting the car, I noticed the TPWS "malfunction" message and scheduled an appointment with the service department, to be told that the tires in fact don't have pressure sensors in them, and that adding those will take another service appointment and ~500CAD. I really wish I'd be informed of this before making the tires decision - I bought everything together at the offical Toyota dealer, thinking that the dealership wouldn't sell products which render Toyota's safety feature, TPWS, inoperable.

I can completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after purchasing everything through our dealership with the expectation that the items would be fully compatible and functional. We certainly strive to provide clear and accurate information during the purchasing process, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight in not fully explaining the implications of the tire and rim selection, particularly with regard to the TPWS system. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing this situation can be. I want to assure you that your feedback is taken seriously, and we will address this with our sales and service teams to ensure better communication in the future. In the meantime, Iβd like to make things right for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist with the additional service appointment or if there are other options we can explore to remedy this issue.
