It was outstanding.

Our sales person that we had this evening was excellent. He helped me get on Onstar and he knew my vehicle and all its options like the back of his hand. He spent a lot of time explaining what everything is and how it works. I felt very good about knowing my car when I left the dealership.

Tim Murphy customer service was excellent any questions I had he answered in a promptly manner. His product knowledge is fantastic. If I was to buy another chev or knew someone that needed one I would recommend him .

I bought my new 2018 Buick Envision in mid-July. I went into the dealership on a fact-finding trip looking to buy a new vehicle in the Fall 2018. Kerry Langford was so very helpful answering all of my questions and ensuring I was able to test-drive the three vehicles I was contemplating within two days and I had my new Envision within a week of going to the dealership. Went into Leggat to check out a used truck, I arrived early so I looked around. During my test drive I had hoped that my salesman was knowledgable on the truck but he didn't have a clue and could only refer to the paper for the ad for any questions. After initially telling the salesman I would not be making a purchase that day, and instead would think on it he became pushy which I also did not like. I had high expectations of Leggat Burlington believing they were knowledgable, helpful, and would have my best interests as a buyer in mind but I received none of that.
