So far very bad service. Always late. NO POINT booking time. You book it for 8 Am and they will , if lucky, get you in at 930... what a joke. Excuses range from... There was a job ahead of you.... There was job sitting there since yesterday... We don't have employees... Best one... like Hospital they Triage first... and send your car accordingly.. as rest of the cars going to die first... :) Why they book more jobs if they dont have the capability? Not Happy at all.

Shane made the process of buying a vehicle simple and straightforward. Toyota offered us a fair price for our trade in and we are very happy with our 2019 Highlander. Our review is 4 stars as I believe that it would have been possible to go above and beyond by throwing in the $300 (approx) accessory that we asked to be put on the vehicle. It does not take away from the professionalism and efficiency of the service we received, but we are strong believers in customer satisfaction. Thank you Collingwood Toyota!

I am now onto vehicle number three with Collingwood Toyota. My sales rep Ted Rush (20 years experience) is fantastic and the entire team, especially the service department, have been great to deal with treating me like a client and not a customer (and there is a difference).
