This is our second time purchasing a Tacoma from Collingwood Toyota. First time was a used vehicle and this time it was a new vehicle. Every time you visit, everyone is friendly and welcoming. From the greeter to the service department to Ted Rush and Vicki Rose, they make you feel comfortable. Ted and Vicki are very professional, genuine and knowledgeable. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Collingwood Toyota and we will be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

I have been servicing my vehicle here for over 6 years, and they have gone above and beyond to keep the car on the road. After my most recent visit to service, I learned my old SUV needed some major upgrades, so I had a hard decision to make. I traded in my old vehicle, and walked away with a 2020 Tacoma. Shane assisted me in the sale, and he was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful in getting the keys into my hands. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. 10/10 my favourite dealership and I am lucky they are so close to where I live. I have heard stories of people driving 100km+ just to come here!

I have had my SUV serviced at Collingwood Toyota for 7 years. I recognize that a dealership may be a touch more expensive, but I am more interested in having repairs done right the first time, and I have that confidence with Collingwood Toyota. I just purchased a new SUV from them and was impressed with the level of service from all staff. It is apparent that they recognize that the customer having trust in the dealership is critical to their success.
