It was busy and Jo (Financia )came out to talk to us and tell us her experience with her Jetta till Nathan was available. Excellent Customer service from both. They introduced me to Mark and before I left the dealership I had my answers and bought a beautiful Black Jetta. Thanks to everyone involved.

I traded in a vehicle that required a pick up at my house which was out of town. They arranged for a convenient pick up and when I had issues getting to Orillia they offered to come pick me up! Like the title says, they definitely went above and beyond for this odd trade in. Thanks Mark!

My wife loves her car, I don't know much about if for I have never drove it out of the driveway. How ever the instrument / menu is sometimes difficult to navigate.
