Amazing service. We have been servicing our vehicles here for the last year and recently bought a Jeep from Tim McPhee. FECK is there no competent Dodge / Chrysler dealers around. Pothier Motors are no more competent than the Steele shops! They were supposed to pick up my car at my work at 8:00, didn’t show up unti 10:30. Driver arrived not expecting to leave me a vehicle so had to call to get it authorized. Waited at work until 7:30 for my to come back. Called to see if it was on the way as they close at 8:00. Am told that Service closed at 5:30. Get a call back saying the work wasn’t finished yet and that my won’t be returned until tomorrow morning. Was then told that pick-ups / returns in the city are always overnight bookings. That WAS not what I was told when I was in there booking the appointment!!! FFS!!!

After going to other Chrysler dealers in Halifax and Dartmouth, I was pleasantly surprised to meet the folks at Pothier Motors who I felt actually listened to me. They were not pushy and spoke plainly and honestly. I was considering moving away from the brand, Pothier was my last straw for trying to find a dealer not using lines like "What can we do you for, Boss". One dealer had a century old sales guy carrying around his "lead sheet" pressing me for my phone number and completely ignoring what I was asking for and who tried putting me into the obvious monthly bonus vehicle. I can say I am now a proud owner of my 1st truck, and I was planning on buying a Jeep again. Dylan was a pleasure to work with, he patiently worked with us to understand my needs and made recommendations based on those needs, I found a truck that due to promos met my budget. I highly recommend Pothier. Its worth the drive to deal with someone you trust on a major purchase.
