I recently bought a 2017 Ram 3500 from Pothier motors and dealt with Fredrico , very nice and sincere man. He went over the truck with us showing us all the functions and capabilities of this vehicle . Love dealing with this salesman.

I traded in two cars and got two newer cars. the 2012 Chrysler 200 and a 2012 Dodge Durango. Both cars were in for service a few times and are still not fixed. three times I took the Chrysler 200 in because my breaks were squealing and they are still the same. my lights are not working properly either. the Dodge Durango still has a light on that needs servicing. the vehicle still has a Kernville Chrysler sticker on it. I have another complaint about the Durango. get ahold of me and it would be easier for me to tell you. not happy at all with the service after the purchase. I had an oil change on my vehicle. It took a little longer than I expected. I also thought that I read the outside of the truck would be washed. I guess I read that wrong.

We generally do try to offer a complimentary wash but have been a little short on hands to provide it consistently lately. I really only have one major complaint. That's my brakes on my 2016 Ram 1500 I purchased there. I've gotten the run around concerning the brakes on my new truck. They are disgraceful noisey. I haven't heard any other rams with this issue. This is my third Ram 1500. And I've never had brake issues. The groaning and high pitch squeaking is annoying and embarrassing on a 1 year old truck with a sticker price of almost 70k. The brakes have been doing this since day one of ownership. Front rotors were replaced but that's it. The noise comes form all 4 wheels. And it's getting worse. But no one seems concerned. If it doesn't get corrected. I won't be purchasing another Ram. That's for sure. I drive 3hrs one way for service after I purchased the truck there. If the brakes are not fixed the next time. My business at Pothier will be done.

I’ve have major problems with my radio. I’m headed back this thrusday for the 4th time and will be back again for full radio replacement. Which means a lot of time and gas spend.
